Resource Development
Vincent-Quiggin provides the planning, consultation, research, drafting and feedback processes to develop information resources for organisations, departments, communities and specialists.
In 2004, Vincent-Quiggin was commissioned by Streetwize Communications to talk with Aboriginal people in Alice Springs, Bourke and Brewarrina about issues relating to financial services as background to the development of consumer information resources Moola Talk and No Free Moola, which were produced by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission. The publications were awarded the Consumer Service Award (Community organisation category) by the NSW Department of Fair Trading and can be viewed here
In 2007, Vincent-Quiggin worked with the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission to draft their Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). The RAP can be viewed here
More recently, Vincent-Quiggin developed the National Indigenous Intellectual Property Toolkit. The Toolkit provides user friendly information to Indigenous artists across the artforms, arts dealers and consumers about copyright, Indigenous cultural protocols, trade practices and other issues. It will be online soon.

Consultation
Vincent-Quiggin provided consultation services to a number of government departments and organisations, conferring and discussing specific issues with Aboriginal people so that projects can be targeted to their specific needs.
Strategic Planning
Vincent-Quiggin offers strategic planning services for organisations and businesses. Vincent-Quiggin Legal & Consulting Services has conducted Gadigal Information Services Aboriginal Corporation’s strategic planning for a number of years now. Staff and Board members attend a weekend workshop facilitated by Robynne Quiggin which provides the information for development of the strategic plan.
Needs Assessment
Vincent-Quiggin can provide a needs assessment for your community or project. We will report and analyses the particular community’s profile, consulting with major stakeholders, and draft a needs assessment for planning or project purposes. In 2005 Robynne Quiggin was engaged to conduct a Needs Assessment of the needs of Aboriginal people living in the City of Ryde. The Needs Assessment was incorporated into the Aboriginal needs paper Social Plan 2005 which can be viewed here
Feasibility Study
Vincent-Quiggin can review and report on the feasibility of projects, ventures and policy implementation. In 2006 Robynne Quiggin was engaged to draft a feasibility study for Warawara Department of Indigenous Studies into the possibility of establishing and Indigenous Knowledge Centre at Warawara, and provided a thorough examination of staff, budget, funding sources and research possibilities in the context of the changing priorities of the University and the broader local, national and international research landscape.
Facilitation
Vincent-Quiggin provides facilitation of meetings, workshops, forums and meeting.
